Ingredients for Live Zucchini Noodles
  • 175 gramos de almendra
    175 gramos de nuez
    175 gramos de pasas sin semilla
    320 gramos de ciruela sin hueso
    1 aguacate
    2 cucharadas de chocolate orgánico en polvo (opcional)
    2 a 3 plátanos
    2 cucharas de canela en polvo
    2 cucharas de postre de Coco liofilizado por en cima de la tarta

SUGERENCIA

Congelar los plátanos maduros la noche anterior
Sacarlos de la nevera y pelarlos en 10 minutos, cortar en pedazos y poner en el procesador. Luego para cada plátano se añade una cucharada sopera de crema de avellana.
Tambien queda rico añadir semillas de cardomomo o chocolate crudo organico.
